Liquid defoamer (emulsified silicone oil) is a food grade professional defoamer, widely used in the production process of various food, beverage, pharmaceutical, biological fermentation, daily chemical and other industries. The liquid defoamer (emulsified silicone oil) is a milky white viscous liquid, tasteless, stable in chemical properties, and has good defoaming effect at normal temperature and under heating. The liquid defoamer (emulsified silicone oil) has fast defoaming speed, long antifoaming time, no solid insoluble matter, easy to disperse, does not affect the original flavor of the food, does not change the nature and state of the material, has good temperature resistance and is convenient to use.

Second, use, use and use:

(1) Bean products

How to use: Add directly to the soy milk and mix well.

Recommended use: 0.05% to 0.17% (based on dry beans)

(2) Beverages

   Juice drinks, yogurt drinks, neutral protein drinks such as coconut milk, soy milk, peanut milk, etc.

      How to use: Add directly to the mixing pot and mix well.

      Recommended use: 0.03% to 0.05% of the total amount of beverage

(3) Concentrated juice, jam, thick paste, etc.

  Method of use: Add and stir evenly during the cooking process.

  Recommended usage: 0.1% of total material

(4) Processing technology of fried food

                  Take the processing technology of potato chips as an example. The addition of emulsified silicone oil to the frying oil not only reduces the foam of the potato chips during frying, but also significantly improves the thermal stability of the frying oil. The addition of emulsified silicone oil reduces the fine foam of the frying oil due to long-term use. The iodine value, viscosity, acid value, oil coloration, refractive index and average molecular weight of the oil are obviously improved compared with no silicone oil added. Reduce the degree of polymerization of the frying oil.

              Method of use: directly add to the frying oil and stir to disperse.

              Recommended use: 0.05% to 0.1% of the total frying oil

(5) Fermentation process

Used in production processes and products using fermentation processes, such as soy sauce, seasonings, monosodium glutamate, citric acid, monascus, biopharmaceuticals, etc.

      Usage: Mix directly into the material and mix evenly.

      Recommended use: 0.03%~0.1%, depending on the specific process.
